Can I change my class timings?
Yes, you can reschedule classes with 2 hours advance notice. We understand that life can be unpredictable and offer maximum flexibility for your convenience.
What if I miss a class?
You can reschedule missed classes at no extra cost. We also provide makeup sessions for unavoidable absences, ensuring you never lose your paid classes.
How are group classes conducted?
Group classes have maximum 5 students to ensure everyone gets personal attention. All participants join the same phone call for interactive learning and peer feedback.
Is there any commitment period?
No long-term commitments required. You can start with monthly plans starting from ₹1,999/month and continue as per your convenience. Cancel anytime.
What is the cost per month for different courses?
Group online classes cost ₹2,999/month, Individual sessions are ₹4,999/month, Business English is ₹15,000/month, and Celebrity course is ₹1,25,000/month. All plans include flexible scheduling.
What are the available class timings?
We offer flexible timings from 6 AM to 11 PM. You can choose Early Morning (6-8 AM), Normal Timing (8 AM-7 PM), Late Evening (7-10 PM), or Weekends (10 AM-6 PM).
How do individual sessions differ from group classes?
Individual sessions offer complete personal attention, faster results, and career-specific training. Group classes provide peer learning, collaboration, and are more affordable at ₹2,999/month vs ₹4,999/month.
What is Business English training?
Business English is for working professionals and executives who need to improve presentation skills, executive presence, networking, and leadership communication. It includes premium trainer access and costs ₹15,000/month.
Are classes conducted through phone or video?
You can choose either phone calls or video calls based on your preference and availability. Both work equally well. Phone calls work even with basic mobile phones without internet.
How long will it take to see improvement?
Most students see noticeable improvement within the first month. Significant progress typically happens within 2-3 months with regular attendance and practice.
What if I am a beginner with zero English knowledge?
Perfect! We specialize in teaching beginners and use your native language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.) to explain concepts. Our trainers are patient and experienced with beginners.
Can I get session recordings?
Yes! Group online classes include session recordings so you can review and practice later. Individual session recordings can be arranged based on your preference.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my course later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade from group to individual classes, or switch courses anytime. We offer flexible plans to match your evolving needs and budget.
What is your refund policy?
Fees are generally non-refundable as we provide free demo sessions beforehand. However, exceptional cases are considered on merit. Please refer to our detailed refund policy on the website.
Do you provide corporate training for companies?
Yes! We offer comprehensive corporate training packages starting from ₹25,000/month for 5-15 employees. Our corporate programs include leadership communication, sales skills, and team English training.
