Note: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and final decision rests with Genlish management. Refund processing, if approved, may take 3-4 weeks.
In case of medical emergency or long travel, you can pay ₹500 to hold your remaining classes. The held classes must be completed within 3 months from the hold date.
Note: The hold fee of ₹500 is non-refundable and is separate from your course fees. All held classes must be availed within 3 months, or they will expire.
