3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Payment Terms

By enrolling in a Genlish course:

• You agree to pay all fees as specified during enrollment
• Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional cases (see our Refund Policy)
• You must provide accurate payment information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• We reserve the right to change course fees at any time

5. Class Attendance and Cancellation

• Regular attendance is essential for your learning progress
• You must provide at least 2 hours notice to reschedule a class
• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours may result in the class being marked as completed
• Excessive no-shows may result in account suspension or termination
• Make-up classes are subject to trainer and slot availability

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Genlish.com, including but not limited to:

• Course materials
• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software and technology
• Recordings of classes

...is the property of Genlish.com or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genlish.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
